Counselling or Therapy are talking treatments, involving regular meetings at the same time and place each week. The length of treatment will depend on the issues that you wish to work on and will be decided between you and the Therapist. 

Each session lasts 50 minutes. The initial appointment is called an assessment/ consultation. The cost for this session is £45.

The fee thereafter will depend on the frequency of sessions and your ability to pay and will be set at the assessment session.
